Papa Gino's and D'Angelo "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL U. S. RESIDENTS OF CT, MA, ME, NH, RI and VT WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND MEMBERS OF THE PAPA GINO'S/D'ANGELO REWARDS PROGRAM AT THE TIME OF SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED.

  1. Promotion Description: Papa Gino's and D'Angelo ("Sponsor") and JetBlue ("Co-Sponsor") will award one (1) Grand Prize at the end of the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor will also award one hundred (100) First Place Prizes, and one thousand (1,000) Second Place Prizes during each week in an Instant Win Game. Prizes are more completely described below in Rule 6, Description of Prizes.

The Sponsor will also award Rewards Program Bonus Points in the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Instant Win Game. Bonus points will be awarded in two ways: the user may be awarded bonus points in a Papa Gino's or D'Angelo restaurant when their rewards card is swiped at the point of sale. They may also be awarded bonus points when they play the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Instant Win Game online. The awards are made at random. Bonus Points are more completely described below in Rule 7, Bonus Points.

2. Promotion Period: The "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begin on November 26, 2010 and end on December 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 pm (EST). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

  1. How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
  2. Rewards Card Members: if you are already a member of the Papa Gino's/D'Angelo Rewards Program, you may enter the sweepstakes in two ways. You may go to http://papaginodangelorewards.com/ and complete the instructions for acknowledging understanding and acceptance of the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Or, if you visit a Papa Gino's or D'Angelo restaurant during the promotion and use your membership card, you will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Please note: if you are automatically entered at the store, you must still log-in online and complete the instructions for acceptance of the sweepstakes rules to be eligible to win in the Grand Prize drawing.
  3. Non-Members: if you are not a member of the Papa Gino's/D'Angelo Rewards Program you must register in the program in order to enter the sweepstakes. Simply go to http://papaginodangelorewards.com/ and follow instructions for registration. After you have completed registration, you must also acknowledge that you have read and accept the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Participants may enter the sweepstakes up to one time per day during the promotion period. Entries may be completed online. Additional automatic entries will also be made with rewards card use at either Papa Gino's or D'Angelo.

  1. How to Play the Instant Win Game: entry into the Sweepstakes will allow the user to play the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Instant Win Game. One play is awarded when the user enters the Sweepstakes; additional plays are awarded each day when the user returns and logs in. One additional play is also awarded when the user visits Papa Gino's or D'Angelo and uses their rewards card. A promotional code may be posted on either Facebook or Twitter during the promotion. If the user enters this code where directed on the Instant Win Game page, they will also earn one additional play.

During the course of the promotion period, bonus points will also be awarded at the point of sale when the guest uses their rewards card at a Papa Gino's or a D'Angelo store.

5. Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The sweepstakes offer is open only to legal residents of CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT who are 13 years of age or older at the time of sweepstakes entry. If any Grand Prize or First Place Winner is under 21 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner's parent or legal guardian. Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor or of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.

6. Description of Prizes: the following prizes will be awarded:

Sweepstakes Grand Prize:
One Grand Prize: Two round trip airline tickets on JetBlue and 5,000 Bonus Rewards Points.  ARV: $598.00

Each Travel Certificate is valid for one (1) year, and all travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates shown on the Travel Certificate.  Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights.  Certain blackout dates may apply and travel may be capacity controlled.  Schedules are subject to change without notice.  Each Travel Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from Co-Sponsor.  Travel Certificates cannot be sold or traded on auction websites.  Passengers are subject and entitled to all provisions of Co-Sponsor's Contract of Carriage except denied boarding and Bill of Rights compensation.  Co-Sponsor's Contract of Carriage is posted on Co-Sponsor's website at http://www.jetblue.com/p/jetblue/_coc.pdf.  Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points.  TrueBlue is Co-Sponsor's flight gratitude program.  Fees, taxes, surcharges and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passenger.  Redemption of Travel Certificates at one of Co-Sponsor's airport ticket counters or online is not allowed.  Loss of authorization number and PIN cannot be replaced.  Travel Certificates may be redeemed only for travel on flights operated by Co-Sponsor.  Not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages or Cruises.  Use of Travel Certificates is subject to additional terms and conditions and other restrictions may apply.  

Instant Win Prizes:
One Hundred (100) First Place Prizes will be awarded each week.
Winners will receive either a small sub sandwich from D'Angelo OR a small cheese pizza from Papa Gino's.
Sandwich ARV: $5.79
Pizza ARV: $7.69
One thousand (1,000) Second Place Prizes will be awarded. Winners will receive either a free medium fountain beverage OR a free bag of potato chips.
Beverage ARV: $1.69
Chips ARV: $1.19

Total ARV for the Promotion: $11,168.

If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the Winner shall be forfeited.

7. Bonus Points: The "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Instant Win Game will award twenty (20) 500-point bonus, one hundred (100) 50-point bonuses, two hundred (200) 25-point bonuses, and one thousand (1,000) 10-point bonuses for each week of the promotion. Awarding of bonus points will be done at random at the point-of-sale and in the online instant win game. All bonus points will appear automatically on the user's rewards program account balance within 24 hours after they are awarded.

8. Drawing and Awarding of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion.

The Grand Prize will be selected in a final drawing on or about January 2, 2011.

The drawing will be done by an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters regarding this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize Winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact the Grand Prize Winner and cannot do so within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if any Winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or returned the Affidavit and/or Releases within the specified time period, that Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected.

9. Instant Win Prize Awarding
Instant Win Prizes will be awarded on the winner's Papa Gino's/D'Angelo Rewards Card. The prize will be loaded directly onto the card so that the winner may redeem their prize at either a Papa Gino's or D'Angelo restaurant. The small pizza is only available at Papa Gino's and the small sub is only offered from D'Angelo. Fountain beverages and chips may be redeemed at either Papa Gino's or D'Angelo. Prizes will be awarded based on a random selection.

Bonus points will also be awarded based on random selection and loaded directly on to the winner's Papa Gino's/D'Angelo Rewards Card.

10. Miscellaneous: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws in the State of Massachusetts and is void where prohibited. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor and Co-Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.

Winners also agree to release and hold Releasees harmless from any liability in connection with the "Swipe and Soar" Rewards Sweepstakes or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.

The Grand Prize winner will also be announced on the Papa Gino's and D'Angelo websites at www.Papa Ginos.com and www.DAngelo.com.
